PURPOSE:To prevent the sticking between a tool and a work and prevent the breakage on the surface of the work by providing a cutting liquid feeding device capable of feeding a cutting liquid in a liquid shape to a cutting point where the tool and the work are brought into contact. CONSTITUTION:A tool rest 3 is mounted on a table 2 movable in the X and Y directions, and the stand 13a of a cutting liquid feeding device is mounted and fixed. A nozzle 13b with the inner diameter of 1mm or below supported rotatably in the nozzle rotating directions 16 and 17 and a flexible pipe 13c connected to the nozzle 13b and fed with a cutting liquid are fitted to the stand 13a. When a cutting tool 11 on the tool rest 3 is put in contact with a work 10 and cutting is started, the nozzle 13b is rotated and fixed toward the cutting point, and the cutting liquid is discharged in a liquid shape with the preset flow quantity and pressure. The sticking between the cutting tool 11 and chips of the work 10 is prevented, and the work 10 is prevented from being damaged on the surface. |
