PURPOSE: To embed heating coils into an insulator while well holding them by removing fillers after filling a space released from the fillers in the heating coils with an insulating material. CONSTITUTION: Heating coils 16 are arranged on grooves 14 of a tool or a mold 13, and fillers 17 such as silica sand are filled into a part of the inside of the heating coils 16. An insulating material capable of being casted in a mold is pressurized on the mold 13. Therefore, the fillers 17 are made into facing dies, and the fillers 17 are removed when a compressed insulator 21 is taken out from a device 11, and they are dropped from heating coils. Therefore, the heating coils can be embedded in the insulator while being well held. |
