PURPOSE:To enable alignment of a flexible board of an opaque base material and unspecial shape by measuring the positions of a flexible board electrode and a board electrode in one visual field by measurement of the position of the electrode from the shape of the cross section of the flexible board and bending of the flexible board. CONSTITUTION:A flexible board base material on which a flexible board electrode is formed is bent so that the cross section can be seen from above. A flexible board and a board are placed so that the cross section and a board electrode 3 may come within one visual field of an electrode position measurement apparatus 5. The cross section of the flexible board can be seen from above because the flexible board is bent. A conductor layer is formed on the whole surface of the flexible board base material 1 of the flexible board and etched so that the part where an electrode pattern is to be formed may be left to form the flexible board electrode. Therefore, the electrode pattern is projected on the surface of the board base material. Thereby the position, width, height, and interval of the flexible board electrode can be found by measuring the projection on the cross section of the flexible board. |
