CONSTITUTION:When a tool 4 is to be fitted, the rear end section of the tool is inserted through a tip opening, a power tool is operated while a rotary ring 2 is grasped, and a shaft 1 is rotated. Since a locking material 82 is pushed up by a tooth 11 at this time, a sleeve 8 can be rotated against the shaft 1. As a result, the sleeve 8, a taper bush, a guide block 7 and a float screw 6 are rotated in relation to the shaft 1, thus a float screw 6 screwed with the shaft 1 is advanced and moves claws 5 forward. As a result, individual claws 5 are concentrated to the center in the radial direction, and the tool 4 is fastened. |
