The present invention relates to a fertilizing composition which is resistant to agglutination. The aim of the invention is to produce a composition which consists essentially of ammonium salts and which does not agglutinate, even during prolonged storing. This aim is achieved using a composition comprising a material containing nitrogen, which consists essentially of ammonium salts, and an anti-agglutination agent which consists essentially of at least one sulphate and which has the following formula: R-O-SO3-NH4-n(CH2-CH2OH)n in which R is an alkyl group containing from 12 to 18 carbon atoms and n is an integer from 1 to 3. The invention applies more particularly to fertilizing compositions.
