The subject of the present invention is a cutting tool, particularly secateurs, including a fixed hand grip 3 and a rotary hand grip 4, the rotary hand grip 4 consisting of a metal central bush 19 overmoulded on an internal body 18 made from hard plastic coated with an outer layer 17 of a soft material such as rubber or of the product called Santoprene. This rotating hand grip is slipped over a stub 14 and connected to it by means of a screw 16 allowing a limited rotation between the rotating handgrip 4 and the stub 14 whilst maintaining an axially fixed position between the handgrip 4 and the stub 14. The stub 14 depends on a central element 13 which is mounted in a way similar to the fixing of the non-rotating hand grip 3 on an extended part 9, 10 of the part of the joint 7 of the secateurs, or equally well is made of one piece with the joint 7. The overmoulding of the inner body 18 made from hard material by an outer layer 17 made from a soft material enhances the comfort in operating the secateurs. <IMAGE>
