<p>PURPOSE:To improve the recovery rate of the energy from a heating type anaerobic digesting stage by utilizing the heat retained in the outflow liquid of said stage as a heat source for a heat pump and the quantity of the radiation heat of the heat pump in heat consuming stages. CONSTITUTION:Org. sludge such as sewer sludge, org. waste liquid 1 or the like is admitted and stored in a heating type anaerobic digesting tank 2, where the liquid is subjected to methane fermentation, and methane, etc. are recovered as a digesting gas 3. The slurry 4 discharged therefrom is separated to digesting sludge 6 and separated liquid 7 in a solid-liquid separating part 5. The liquid 7 of the temp. roughly at the same temp. as the temp. in the tank 2 is utilized as a heat source for a refrigerant evaporating part 8 of heat pump cycles. The liquid 7 itself cools down to the separated liquid 7' of reduced temp. The gaseous refrigerant depriving the liquid 7 of heat is compressed in a compressor 9, then dissipates heat in a refrigerant condensing part 10, to heat air or water 11. Then heat energy thereof is supplied to a heat energy consuming stage 13 for drying of dehydrated cake or heating of hot water 12 for warming up of the digesting tank.</p> |
