PURPOSE:To prevent a signal compensated by improper compensation from being abnormal by avoiding the compensation using a polarized wave signal when the quality of reception reaches a prescribed value or below. CONSTITUTION:Frame synchronizing circuits 11a, 12a are provided respectively on the post stage of demodulators 7a, 8a, a demodulation signal is subjected to frame synchronization and parity check, and a parity error signal is outputted. When a parity error is detected, switches 101, 102 are closed and an error signal SERH and a polarity signal SPOLU are applied to an EXOR gate 103. When no correction exists, a logical output '1' is outputted and an integration device 104 counts an output of the EXOR gate 103. When a reset signal SRV is outputted, an output SCV of a transversal filter 4aa is zero independently of a control set signal from a correlation device of a control circuit. Consequently, the axial ratio component is compensated for an H polarized wave signal SH. |
