PURPOSE:To reduce each working value of an operator by storing the result of a transfer process carried out through a prescribed account of the banking organ of each patient into an external memory and producing the uncollected amount data to update the monthly files. CONSTITUTION:The proper data on patients are inputted through a keyboard 1 and a file of each patient is produced at a patient data processing part 3. Then the charged amount of each patient is calculated at a patient charged amount calculation part 4 and stored in a magnetic disk 6. The monthly data on each patient charged amount is read out of the disk 6 at the end of each month and recorded on a floppy disk 7. The disk 7 reproduces the data and produces the uncollected amount data after the transfer process carried out through the account of the bank of each patient. Then the monthly files are updated. In such a way, the due jobs can be carried out en block when the month changes. Then each working value of an operator is reduced. |
