PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture, and prevent the decrease of heat transfer efficiency, and also prevent the corrosion due to the water immersion into the inner part of moldings during the washing period by carrying out an injection mold such that a heater is wrapped with heat resistance thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:A plane heater 1 is temporarily fixed on a metallic plate 2, and injection mold is carried out over them such that the plane heater is wrapped with heat resistance thermoplastic resin 5 integrally, thereby for example obtaining a heat insulating tray. It is preferable that the tray may be as thin as possible as a whole in the range of having a desired rigidity, and also preferable that the resin wall thickness X is as thin as possible in view of its heat transfer efficiency. The temporarily fixation of the metallic plate 2 and the heater 1 should preferably be used with a heat resistance adhesive agent, particularly, of silicone-type or the like. A hard basement is a heat resistance hard base of ceramic or the like. The heater 1 is required to be a flexible plane heater. |
