PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a process such as a peeling process and to facilitate cutting by forming an interlayer peeling layer between a base material and an adhesive layer and providing linear perforations. CONSTITUTION:The interlayer peeling layer 18 is formed on the main surface of the base material 14 and an adhesive layer 20 is formed on the main surface of the interlayer peeling layer 18. Then linear perforations 24 are cut at the interlayer peeling layer part so that linear cutting lines 28a which are almost in the cutting direction 28 of a cut part 26 extend between nearby end parts of adjacent perforations 24. Consequently, the peeling process, etc., is not necessary and the cut part is easily cut only by pulling the cut part 26 in one cut direction 28 regardless of whether the cut part is arcuate or rectangular.
