Delivery and safety valve for a container with frothed-up cream

In the case of a cream siphon, the delivery valve exhibiting a hollow space at the same time performs the function of a safety valve. In order to simplify such a valve structurally, the hollow space of the delivery valve is lengthened at the inner end to extend into the closure head of the valve opening. The delivery valve has, furthermore, at the inner end a transversely extending passage which serves to discharge the contents of the container which are under excess pressure and reaches as far as the hollow space, and the outer end of which is covered by means of a fixedly arranged bursting film.
