PURPOSE:To automatically control an FD and to prevent data from being erroneously recorded to another FD by prohibiting the rise of a terminal unit for a protecting period, permitting the rise for a adding permitting period, and when the adding permitting period and the protecting period are not obtained, erasing all the recorded contents and starting the recording from a peak position again. CONSTITUTION:When the data for this week are acquired with a flexible disk (FD) 1, the data for last week are preserved in an FD 2. When the terminal is caused to rise with the FD 2 by mistake, it is judged by checking that it is the preservation necessary FD and the terminal does not rise, and therefore, a part of the data for this week is not acquired to the data file FD 2 for last week. Namely, for rise prohibition FD, the data for last week are always preserved. When the week is changed, the FD 1 used last week is protected as the preservation necessary FD, the FD 2, which is for the last wee, preservation necessary FD, all the acquired data are all erased, and the data for this week are acquired from the peak of the FD. Thus, the FD can be automatically controlled and it can be prevented that the data are erroneously recorded to the peak FD. |
