PURPOSE:To perform highly efficient moistening by a method wherein the back, the top surface, and the sides of a moistening apparatus are surrounded with plates, and the plate of the back is made a porous plate. CONSTITUTION:Outdoor air is sucked through a suction port 4 on the outdoor side with the aid of a blower 13 for a feed, and after the air passes through a middle performance filter 12 and is heat-exchanged by means of a heat exchanger 7, air is diffused by means of a porous plate 14a mounted to the back of a moistening apparatus 15 and is moistened by the moistening apparatus 15, and is sucked in a room through a delivery port 3 on the indoor side by means of a water cut filter 16. Meanwhile, air in a room is sucked through a suction port 2 on the indoor side with the aid of a blower 10 for exhaust and passes through a filter 9 for coarse dust, and it is discharged through a delivery port 5 on the outdoor side from the heat exchanger 7. This, since, even when the moistening apparatus 15 is positioned in the vicinity of the outlet of a blower 13 for a feed, air is diffused by means of the porous 14a of the back of the moistening apparatus 15, an airflow can be reduced to a value necessary to the feed of it to an air inlet 17 of the moistening apparatus 15, and an approximately uniform airflow flows. By means of plates 14b and 14c of the top surface and the sides of the moistening apparatus 15, drawing of air into an exposure port 19 of the moistening apparatus 15 is prevented from occurring, a generated fog can be induced effectively and highly efficient moistening is practicable. |
