<p>PURPOSE:To have good effect also to the inversion and posture arrangement of perishable foods, etc., which are easy to be bruised by naturally inverting an object having uneven form or easy to be bruised adapting to its behavior. CONSTITUTION:When an object 30 on a feeding conveyor is separated from a conveyor belt 1 and falls along a guide plate 4, the point at which the end thereof is brought into contact with an inverting roller 10 is defined as P1 and the bottom end of the guide plate 4 as P0. When inversion is required, the inverting roller 10 is kept rotated in the direction of R3 while controlling its peripheral speed V3 to be V3<V1. At the point P1, the object 30 receives a force in the F1 direction and the contact point tends to be displaced to the F1 direction. This force F1 and a force by the component velocity V in the horizontal direction act as the couple on the object 30 causing the object 30 to be in a tumbling posture. As the vertical line GL1 of the center of gravity G of the object 30 comes to the left side of d1 in the figure, the object 30 is tumbled and inverted falling onto the following stage conveyor belt 6 with the surface upside.</p> |
