PURPOSE:To enable an integral foaming mold of moldings having a stable cushion property to be performed by foam-molding integrally a skin and a partial cushion layer in moving an upper mold for molding the partial cushion layer to a lower mold, after that, foam-molding integrally the skin and an entire cushion layer in changing an upper mold for the entire cushion layer with the upper mold for the partial cushion layer. CONSTITUTION:A skin 1 molded into the configuration of molding surface 4a of a lower mold 4 is set along the molding surface 4a. A foaming synthetic resin material 10 is injected onto the recessed parts 5A, 5B and a communicated part 5D, and an upper mold 7 is rotated inward and moved upward to the left of the molding surface 4a, and then the a part of the skin 1 and a partial cushion layer 2 are integrally foam-molded through curing it. And, the upper mold 7 is retreated from the lower mold 4, after that, second foaming synthetic resin material 11 is injected onto the skin 1, and a second upper mold 8 is rotated inward and moved onto the lower mold 4, as a result, the skin 1, partial cushion layer 2 and an entire cushion 3 are foam-molded integrally. Consequently, the configuration or the like of the partial cushion layer 2 can be set freely, thereby expanding the degree of freedom of molding conditions. |
