PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the magnetic characteristic of a core due to the thermal expansion strain by sandwiching and unifying a core with a slider constituted of the glass ceramic of the thermal expansion coefficient approximately equal to the thermal expansion coefficient of a ferrite-made core. CONSTITUTION:Sliders 2 and 3 are constituted of the glass ceramic of the thermal expansion coefficient approximately equal to the thermal expansion coefficient of a ferrite-made core. Glass ceramics has a high thermal and mechanical strength, is accurate, does not have pores in the internal part, uses the good formability of glass and can also form a complicated shape. Especially, in a glass ceramics, the thermal expansion coefficient can be changed in accordance with the use. Consequently, by approximately making the thermal expansion coefficient of the glass ceramic-made sliders 2 and 3 equal to the thermal expansion coefficient of a ferrite-made core 1 to be sandwiched and unified, the harmful thermal expansion strain is not added to the core 1. Thus, the deterioration of the magnetic characteristic of the core 1can be prevented. |
