Thienyloxy alkylamine derivates have the general formula (I), in which the element -O-CH2-CH2-N(R2,R3) can be at position s 4 or 5 of the thiophene ring and in which R1 is hydrogen, halogen, CF3, alkyl or alkoxy, R2 and R3 are identical or different and represent alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl or alkinyl having each up to 8 C atoms or R2 and R3 form together with the nitrogen atom that interconnects them a 5 to 7-member saturated ring or a saturated heterocyclic ring which can if necessary contain an oxygen or nitrogen atom as additional heteroatom in the ring, whereas an additional nitrogen atom may be substituted with an alkyl residue having 1 to 3 C atoms, and n is an integer between 1 and 5. These derivates, as well as their acid addition salts, may be used for treating heart dysrhythmia. |
