PURPOSE:To execute an unmanned operation by performing a test in accordance with a procedure indicated on a table, updating a value of a pointer, whenever a testing process is ended, and executing automatically different test programs at every process. CONSTITUTION:In a nonvolatile memory 2-6 or an external memory device, a table 2-9 and a pointer 2-10 of its table 2-9 are stored, respectively, and in the table 2-9, a test program 2-8, a test item and a procedure at every process are recorded in advance. In such a state, by a timing by which a power source becomes ON, a test is executed in accordance with a procedure on the table 2-9 indicated by the pointer 2-10, and the value of the pointer 2-10 is updated, whenever the power source becomes ON. Accordingly, when there are plural inspection processes, and the inspection process is moved continuously, even when the power source repeats ON and OFF, the test program 2-8 always refers to the pointer 2-10 and updates it, and a prescribed test is executed in accordance with the test item and the procedure of the table 2-9 indicated by the pointer 2-10. In such a manner, a series of inspection processes can be executed without an operator intervention. |
