<p>A self-destructible disposable syringe comprising a cylinder (1), a plunger (3) with a plunger rod, and a cannula (2). Plunger (3) is provided with a seal ring (11), and between plunger and plunger rod there is a connection (6, 7, 8) which may be broken when the syringe has been used once. At the lower portion of plunger (3) there is a member (12) in contact with cylinder wall (1). Said member (12) has a fluid passage from one side to the other. Seal ring (11) of the plunger is provided to be axially movable relative to member (12). Member (12) has higher friction against cylinder wall (1) than seal ring (11). In plunger (3) there is an axially extending channel (8) for fluid passage from the plunger front to the rear side of the plunger when seal ring (11) is in its rear position. In this manner plunger (3) is punctured when somebody tries to fill the syringe from outside through the cannula.</p> |
