<p>PURPOSE:To set the phase difference between the write timing and the read timing so that it has always a maximum margin by setting the bias between the write timing and the read timing again at the time of starting the operation of a system. CONSTITUTION:A write control means 13 and a read control means 14 start the operation at the time of rise of the whole of the system, and output of a write control signal 15 and a read control signal 16 is started at independent timings. At this time, phase relations between respective output timings of the write control signal 15 and the read control signal 16 are not secured. The bias setting operation is performed at the time of system rise by a bias resetting means 17. Thus, the means 17 gives a maximum margin to the bias between output timings of the read control signal 16 and the write control signal 15, and the operation of a buffer memory means 10 is started in this state.</p> |
