PURPOSE:To measure a distance with a simple operation when plural distance measuring places exist by executing the synthesizing processing of the pseudo three- dimensional image of an inspected body and the pseudo three-dimensional image of a scale for measuring the distance, and rotating and moving three-dimensionally the pseudo three-dimensional image of the inspected body or the pseudo three- dimensional image of a scale for measuring the distance. CONSTITUTION:When the pseudo three-dimensional image of the inspected body is generated by a first picture generating means 13 and the pseudo three-dimensional image of a scale for measuring the distance is generated by a second picture generating means 14, both pictures are synthesized by a merge processing part 8 and displayed by a displaying means (CRT display)12. Since the displayed picture is the one to which the pseudo three-dimensional image of a scale is superimposed onto the pseudo three-dimensional image of the inspected body, the distance value can be directly read on the displaying picture with a scale. Since the pseudo three-dimensional image of the inspected body or the pseudo three-dimensional image of a scale for measuring the distance can be rotated and moved three-dimensionally by an input part 3, the scale setting to the place for measuring the distance becomes easier. Thus, even when plural distance measuring places exist, the distance can be measured with a simple operation. |
