<p>Disclosed is a plant for the manufacture of yoghurt, in particular the so-called farm yoghurt, comprising a milk storage tank, a pasteurizer (3), a separator (2), an endurance heater (4), one or more inoculation tanks (7), a filling machine (8), a packaging unit (11), as well as an incubating and cooling chamber. According to the invention at least the separator, the pasteurizer, the endurance heater, the inoculation tanks, the filling machine and the packaging machine are joined together into a movable production unit, which is provided with a steam generator and a current generator, and the incubating and cooling chamber is carried out in the shape of a movable unit.</p> |
