<p>The compressor pumps air past the cold sides of the thermo elements, then aspirates air, which it then pumps to the other sides of the thermo elements, for discharge through a valve. The first thermo element cools air with its cold side, and the second element warms it again with its cold side which is then cooled. Thus, air is passed to the compressor which increases its pressure, so that it warms the warm sides of the thermo elements, the first thermo element warming the second element warm side when it is at a lower voltage in relation to the temp. difference than the second element. The heat collection does not primarily cool the close environment, but takes in radiated heat which would otherwise be lost into space. Cold air from the generator is conducted upwards to a dark ceiling where it is heated as the ceiling cools, absorbing more heat radiation than it emits to the higher air layers.
