The device is for displacing a functional part (11) in an electrical apparatus, in particular the head plate (3) in a magnetic tape apparatus. The functional part (11) is displaced between a position of rest and two first and second working positions, at a distance from each other. The functional product (11), spring-loaded in the direction of the position of rest, is held electromagnetically in the first working position. The functional part is designed to be of variable lengths with respect to a first electromagnet device (23), against which it can come to bear with a first armature (24). There is also a control device (25, 30) provided, which is controlled by a second electromagnet device (22) and by means of which, after it has been adjusted, the functional part (11) with shortened length reaches its first working position when it comes to bear against the first electromagnet device (15) and, by being lengthened by means of the control device (25, 30), goes into the second working position when it comes to bear against the first electromagnet device (15). …<IMAGE>… |
