PURPOSE:To form ultraviolet-ray cured resin layers on both sides of a substrate in a process simultaneously by being equipped with a mechanism capable of discharging the first and second ultraviolet-ray cured resin, an ultraviolet-ray lamp for curing the ultraviolet-ray cured resin from a clamping board upper part, and a cylinder for supporting the outer periphery of a transparent substrate and capable of moving up and down the substrate. CONSTITUTION:The central hole of a transparent substrate board 24 is fitted into the protruded part 17 of a piston 20, and besides, the outer periphery thereof is mounted on the substrate supporting arms 25a, 25b provided on the outside of a stamper. Each constant rate of ultraviolet-ray cured resin layer is discharged to the front and rear surface of the transparent substrate 24 from dispenser 23, 24. Next, the substrate supporting arms 25a, 25b are moved downward by cylinder driving device 26a, 26b and then clamping board supporting arms 5a, 5b are moved downward, and further, they are clamped through an appropriate pressure by a cylinder driving device 6. Simultaneously, pistons 15, 20 are moved downward together with a cylinder 16 by a cylinder driving device 36. Following this, each resin layer is cured by irradiating an ultraviolet- ray lamp 4 from the upper part of the clamping board 7. |
