PRODUCTION OF DEEPLY DYEABLE SPUN-LIKE CONJUGATE YARN

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a deeply dyeable spun-like conjugate yarn having excellent dyeability and feeling by heating-treating an undrawn polyester yarn having a specific birefringence under specific condition in relaxed state and interlocking and conjugating the heat-treated yarn with other drawn polyester yarn. CONSTITUTION:An undrawn polyester yarn 1 having a birefringence of 30X10<-3>-50X10<-3> is overfed between a 1st feed roller 3 and a 1st delivery roller 6 and heat-treated with a 1st heater 5 in relaxed state under the condition of formula I (F is relaxation ratio) and formula II (T is heat-treatment temperature; Tg is glass transition temperature of the yarn). The yarn 1 subjected to the relaxed heat-treatment is supplied to a fluid nozzle 7 and subjected to interlocking and conjugation with another drawn polyester yarn by the fluid nozzle 7 to obtain the objective conjugate yarn having the characteristic silky feeling of filament yarn.
