PURPOSE:To fixed a water-proof sheet to the ground or primary covering work of tunnel without damaging it by a method in which both ends of a fixing tool of an inversed recession cross section are folded inwards to form a folded coupler, and the water-proof sheet is held by nuts and the folded coupler. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of a fixing tool 2 of an inversed recession cross section are inwardly folded at right angles to form folded couplers 3. A press plate 11 wider than an inlet 4 is fixed to the tip of a hanging reinforcing bar 10, and a nut 13 is screwed to the male screw 12 of the tip periphery of the bar 10. The fixing position of the water-proof sheet 16 is inserted into a fixing tool 1 from the inlet 4, and the nut 13 is operated to turn it until the face 14 strongly comes into contact with the tips of the couplers 3 of the fixing tool 1 in order to close the inlet 4 with the nut 13. The desired portion 16a of the sheet 16 is strongly held between the tips of the couplers 3 and the tapered face 14 of the nut 13, the sheet 16 is fixed to the tool 1, and at the same time the bar 10 with the nut 13 is fixed to the tool 1. |
