PURPOSE:To lessen wear of cutting edge and enhance remarkably durability by setting a micro-space between an upstream knife and a backing roll and disposing a downstream knife in a position for cutting the uncut section of a slit bottom section formed by the upstream knife. CONSTITUTION:An upstream knife A.3 tor slitting a corrugated board sheet 5 with a micro-space S between said knife and a backing roll 6 positioned on the lower surface of a sheet 5 and engaged with the knife A.3, and a knife B.4 provided in the position close on the downstream in the same phase in the mechanical width direction as the knife A.3 is set slightly more projectingly than the lower side surface of the moving sheet 5. The knife A.3 and the knife B.4 are supported on the same phase in the mechanical width direction through a same cylinder 11 and constituted to be slid in the axial direction by linking. A moving corrugated board sheet 5 is cut firstly at an engaging point P1 of the knife A.3 leaving a micro-uncut section S on the lower surface of the sheet, and then cut secondly by the knife B.4 at the point P2 to cut and separate completely. |
