PURPOSE:To prevent high frequency resulting from commutation vibrations generated in a system by notching voltage by connecting a reactor and a skin effect element in series between a transformer for rectifier load and the system. CONSTITUTION:A reactor 6 with a tap and a skin effect element 10 are connected in series with the system side of a transformer for rectifier load, and a capacitor 7 is connected in parallel with the high voltage side terminal of the transformer for rectifier load. A braking resistor 8 is inserted and connected in series with the capacitor 7, and a reactor 9 for bypassing fundamental waves is bonded in parallel with the braking resistor 8. The reactor 6 functions as blocking reactance, and the skin effect element 10 works so as to increase effective resistance at the time of commutation and electrical coupling between the load and a system is weakened, thus reducing outflow to the system of notching voltage from the load side. |
