<p>PURPOSE:To increase surface physical properties such as resistance to wear, resistance to scratch, resistance to solvent and the like by forming a thermoplastic resin sheet cured by irradiation of ionizing radiation because of containing a reactive plasticizer and having elasticity of the given value or more at the normal temperature and manufacturing a molded product by means of said molded sheet. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic sheet 12A is formed by sheeting a resin composition, a pigment, a filler, a polymerization starting agent and the like added therein. Turning the composition into a sheet is carried out by calendering or casting. A reactive plasticizer is a compound to be crosslinked by irradiating ionizing radiation. Methyl methacrylate, methyl acrylate or the like is the example of such a compound. lonizing radiation curing sheet 1 can also be formed by coating. An ionizing radiation curing resin film 12A having elasticity of 60% or more in the non-cured state provided on a thermoplastic resin base sheet 11 and dried can be used similarly. A molded sheet 1 is integrated on the surface of a molded product, and then its surface is cured by irradiating the ionizing radiation to form a protective layer.</p> |
