<p>PURPOSE:To properly control the loop value by deciding the polarity of the deviation of the detected loop value from the set loop value and making the gain value be large to improve responsiveness when the polarity is negative, and, by making the gain value be small to improve stability when the polarity is positive. CONSTITUTION:When the loop 4 height of a steel material is higher than the set value, the deviation between the detecter signal through a loop value detector 6 and the set value on the loop value setter 5 becomes negative value. Through a polarity decider 13, a switching switch 15a of a gain setter 14 is turned off and a switching switch 15b is turned on, the deviation signal is multiplied by the gain K2 of a controller 8b to make the responsibility to be excellent. When the height of the loop 4 is low, the deviation value becomes positive, the gain K1 of the controller 8 is multiplied to the deviation signal to make the stability to be excellent. As the result, in both caces of displacing any side, proper control is performed to operate to quickly reach on the set value. By this method, shape unevenness of the product is reduced and the yield is improved.</p> |
