<p>PURPOSE:To reopen operation easily by opening a normal disconnector having abnormal phase, operating a disconnector for spare and connecting a three-phase bus conductor having abnormal phase and one power cable for spare by working a disconnector for spare when abnormality is generated in a power cable having a certain phase in a normal operation circuit. CONSTITUTION:When abnormality is generated in a power cable 10A having A phase in normal power cables, the circuit of a power cable 10D for spare, a bushing 12D for spare, a common conductor 17, a disconnector 16A for spare and a three-phase bus conductor 18A is formed when a normal disconnector 14A having abnormal phase is opened and the disconnector 16A for spare is closed, and operation can be reopened by two sound normal power cables 10B, 10C and one power cable 10D for spare.</p> |
