PURPOSE:To promote motion in the abdomen activating a function of the internal organs while increasing an absorptive amount of oxygen into the body so as to promote health by placing an ankle in a lying attitude on a foot mounting bed, reciprocated in specific amplitude and speed, and reciprocating the ankle to the right and left. CONSTITUTION:An ankle is placed in a lying attitude on a foot mounting bed 1, and by reciprocating itself to the right and left, a leg is reciprocated to the right and left, so that an upper surface is formed curving matching with a shape of the ankle, preventing it from being laterally displaced, when the ankle is reciprocated, while being provided in a position of 100 to 200mm from a floor surface. A main unit case 2 is a supporting bed for supporting the foot mounting bed 1, housing in the inside a driving motor 3 and the other driving members. The foot mounting bed 1 transmits a motion of the leg, reciprocated in suitable amplitude and vibrative speed, to the abdomen, swiveling its part synchronously with the reciprocation of the leg, and the vibration is suited to be set to 10 to 30mm in its amplitude and 100 to 200 times per minute in the vibrative speed. |
