PURPOSE:To improve strength and prevent failure by filling a space formed between the space in a closed container and an elastic body main body with a low-temperature thermoplastic resin composition or a low melting-point alloy. CONSTITUTION:A space formed between the space in a closed container 3-3 and an elastic body main body 2-2 is filled with a low-temperature thermoplastic resin composition or a low boiling-point alloy 1-1. The portion 4-4 exposed to the outside of the closed container 3-3, of one end portion of the elastic body is reciprocated in the linear direction and reciprocally rotated in the axial direction. A watertight/airtight sliding portion 5-5 is formed between the inner face of a through hole 5-5 provided on the closed container 3-3 and the outer peripheral face of one end portion 4-4 of the elastic body 2-2. Thereby, bending strength can be improved preventing failure. |
