PURPOSE:To not require the application of an anchor coating agent, and enable other material to be adhered directly by employing thermoplastic resin contained with carbonyl group in the part facing to an outer surface as a laminate construction in harmonic-shaped hollow moldings in its molding cross-section. CONSTITUTION:A core 29 battledore-shaped in its cross-section is arranged within the recessed part 28 of a mold 27. The core 29 is held within the mold 27 by pins 30, 31, and provided at the front end side with a slit-shaped groove 32 extended in the upper and lower direction. And, in the upper and lower part of the core 29, the spaces 33, 34 are formed, which extend respectively in transverse direction. Ordinary polypropylene resin is extruded from a first extruder 21. Whereas, thermoplastic resin contained with carbonyl group is extruded from a second extruder. And, the second resin comes to the positioned on the upper side of polypropylene resin 15 by an adapter 24 and the conduit 25 of a mixing mold 23. A thermoplastic resin layer 16 contained with carbonyl group is formed at least on one side of the laminate. |
