PURPOSE:To prevent a base material from being corroded by effectively removing rosin and an activator from a flux by adding a specified dibasic acid dye to a cleaner for flux. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning solution based on an organohalogen compound solvent for removing rosin (e.g., trichloroethylene) is treated with a dibasic acid dye (e.g., Bromocresol Green) which forms an ionic associate with a basic amine hydrochloride (e.g., monomethylamine hydrochloride) in an amount of, for example, 1-10mM to remove a basic amine hydrochloride as an activator in the flux. |
