PURPOSE:To simply adjust the machining dimensional width of an material to be machined by providing a first mirror to reflect an output laser beam and a second mirror group to lead reflected light beam of the first mirror to each irradiated position and providing a reflection angle control means and a position control means to the first mirror and the second mirror group respectively. CONSTITUTION:When the matching dimensional width is given to the position control means 23, the position control means 23 rotates the second mirror group 19-20 by a prescribed angle corresponding to the machining dimensional width from the reference direction to cross orthogonally to the mobile direction of the material 22 to be machined. In addition, the reflection angle control means 24 controls an angle of rotation of the first mirror 12 to reflect the laser beam from a laser beam output device 11 toward the second mirror group 19-21. By this method, since the laser beam irradiates the plural places on the material 22 to be machined, when the material 22 to be machined is moved, the material 22 to be machined is machined continuously to the prescribed machining dimensional width. At this time, since the second mirror group 19-21 rotate on a circular locus with the rotation axis center of the first mirror 12 as a center, as a result, the machining dimensional width can be accurately adjusted according to the rotation angle control quantities of the second mirror group 19-21 by the position control means 23. |
