PURPOSE:To easily attain high density and to easily improve homogeneity and piezoelectric property by mixing sol contg. Zr as starting material. CONSTITUTION:ZrO2 sol or ZrO2-TiO2 sol as starting material and powdery starting material consisting of Pb3O4, ZnO, etc., are prepd. and <=4 times as much pure water as the true volume of the powdery starting material and a dispersant such as polycarboxylic acid are added to the starting materials. They are mixed to obtain a slurry and this slurry is dried, calcined at about 850 deg.C for about 2hr, blended with pure water and pulverized. The resulting powder is blended with a binder and molded and this molded body is sintered to produce perovskite type ceramics contg. Zr. |
