PURPOSE:To change a circuit into an IC, and to attain miniaturization, high reliability and high performance by combining a capacitor having small capacity and the transistor, etc., of an amplifying element and equivalently increasing the capacity of the capacitor by utilizing the amplification action. CONSTITUTION:DC voltage signals VIN applied to input signals 4, 5 are transmitted over load 1 through a resistor 2. A current component flowing through the resistor 2 and a capacitor 31 is given to the control terminal 6B of an amplifying element 6 in a high-frequency noise section VN included in one DC voltage signal VIN. Since the currents are multiplied by the beta of an amplification factor and currents are made to flow through an output terminal 6C in the amplifying element 6, the currents of the (1+beta) times of the currents of the capacitor 31 are made to flow through one end 2A of the resistor 2. Accordingly, the capacity of the capacitor 31 equivalently works to the high-frequency noises VN by (1+beta) times by the circuit, thus effectively smoothing the input voltage signal VIN. |
