<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture quickly by constituting of a first process for forming base curve and bevel, a curvature radius measuring process for computing the curvature radius data of front curve and a second process for forming front curve and, if necessary, lenticular curve. CONSTITUTION:Base curve and bevel are formed based on the design data in the first process 101, and then the curvature radius of base curve formed in the first process 101 in the curvature radius process 102, based on which the design data of front curve for getting the desired corrected degree is computed or the deviation from the design data is measured, and the design data of front curve is computed by modifying the design data of front curve. The front curve and lecticular curve are formed based on said design data in the second process 103. Sometimes, however, the curvature radius of lecticular curve is equal to that of front curve. The shape of edge is processed in a smooth curved surface in the edge processing process 104 to manufacture a finished product.</p> |
