PURPOSE:To obtain the subject rice ball preservable in frozen state while properly keeping the water without causing the evaporation of water from the ball and giving a rice ball similar to a freshly prepared rice ball simply by the thawing and heating treatment by baking the surface of a formed rice ball and freezing the whole rice ball. CONSTITUTION:The surface part of a rice ball formed to a proper form is baked and the rice ball is frozen as a whole to obtain the objective rice ball. Preferably, a proper seasoning is applied to the surface part or a proper ingredient is embedded in the rice ball. |
