PURPOSE: To positively prevent loosening of screw-in fastening by forming a guide disk into the shape of a cap, screwing its bottom onto a shaft, and arranging the guide disk a specified distance apart from a screw-in side end face. CONSTITUTION: A guide disk 10 is formed into the shape of a cap. The bottom 11 of the guide disk is screwed onto a shaft 3. The guide disk is arranged a specified distance A apart from a screw-in side end face 8 of a head 2. The peripheral part 12 of the guide disk 10 is allowed to be projected from the screw-in side end face. The bottom 11 of the guide disk 10 is arranged in a screw thread 5 starting area on opposite side of the screw-in direction. Thus, loosening of screw-fastening caused by braking delay of a shaft-piston can be positively prevented. |
