PURPOSE:To improve the operation efficiency by performing stop control corresponding to occurring abnormality by an abnormality processing control part provided with an abnormality contents decision part and a stop processing part when the abnormality occurrence is detected. CONSTITUTION:Detection signals from numbered sensors for jam detection, etc., which are provided on necessary parts of the original conveyance part and form conveyance part of the recording device such as a copying machine and a facsimile device are supplied to the abnormality processing control part 02 through an abnormality occurrence detection part 01. Then the abnormality contents decision part 021 of the control part 02 refers to a table according to a sensor number to determine one of hardware-down, cycle-down, and belt- down stopping methods and the respective parts are stopped according to the stopping system of the stop processing part 022. Organic proper control is performed by this proper automatic stop control to improve the operation efficiency of the copying machine and facsimile device of a multifunctional recording device. |
