<p>PURPOSE:To provide a heat-resistant protective container having decreased outside dimensions and improved heat insulating properties by packing a heat insulating material between an outer box and a heat insulating vacuum vessel received therein. CONSTITUTION:When a responder 2 (electronic equipment) is passed through a high temperature treatment process using a drying furnace or the like, the inside of a heat resistant protective container 6 is heated by heat from the outside. The heat received by the surface of an outer box 7 is transferred by a heat insulating material 9 to the surface of the outer bottle of a heat insulating vacuum vessel 8. Further, air in the vessel 8 is heated thereby and the heat is transferred to the responder 2. According to the invention, the heat resistant protective container 6 is constructed so as to contain the heat insulating vacuum vessel 8 and the heat insulating material 9, whereby the heat insulating properties of the heat transfer path from the outer box 7 to the electronic equipment of the responder 2 can be improved dramatically in comparison with a conventional thermally insulated container wherein the responder 2 is received in a simple heat insulating container. Accordingly, the high temperature treatment process using a drying furnace or the like can be repeated for several times while reliably avoiding dangerous conditions where the electronic equipment components of the responder 2 received in the heat insulating protective container 6 are heated to a temperature higher than their permissible temperature.</p> |
