An input/output control device carries out a transfer of data with respect to a routing device based on the response non-confirmation mode in such a way that n-1 number of data request signals are transmitted to the said routing device by means of a first transmission line and that a number of a final data request signal is transmitted to the routing device by means of a second transmission line so as to receive n numbers of data transmitted originating from the routing device. A detection circuit 21 detects a time for generation of the final data request signal and a delay circuit 16 reacts to a detection output of the detection circuit to delay the transmission of the final data request signal. <IMAGE>
