PURPOSE:To eliminate time error and to enable instantaneous retest by employing a long time limit trigger circuit where a collector/emitter circuit is connected in parallel with a long time limit trigger capacitor. CONSTITUTION:When the effective voltage inputted through a terminal 8 exceeds over a level set in a first reference set circuit 111, a transistor 114 is turned OFF by the output from a first comparator 112 and a capacitor 116 is charged with current having magnitude proportional to the effective voltage provided from a voltage/current converter 113. When the voltage across the capacitor 116 exceeds over a level set in a second reference voltage setting circuit 118, a long time limit trigger signal is provided from a second comparator 119. A transistor 121 is turned ON by the long time limit trigger signal through a drive circuit 122 and the capacitor 116 is discharged. Consequently, no charge is stored in the capacitor 116 when next operation is started and time error is eliminated. |
