PURPOSE: To form a single structure having studs, eyelets and webs by holding eyelets and studs to the dice by vacuum sucking force before assembling in a moving web. CONSTITUTION: Eyelets dice wheel 41 is rotated counter clockwise, while the stud dice wheel 42 is rotated clockwise and web 27 is allowed to pass trough nip 43. By vacuum sucking force 60 transferred to dices 45, 46 and transfer wheel strippers 57, 58, the eyelets and the studs are held on individual wheels 41, 42, 53, 54 and the eyelets and the studs are assembled to form a web and connected to the main web. The dices 45, 46 synchronously rotate to the nip 43. |
