PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a crack in a concrete mold by solidly adhering water absorbing insulating plate to the internal circumference of a mold, as well as by having the mold and a reinforcement material such as reinforcing steel connected together through a soft connection material such as soft steel, and by making volume change of concrete that is formed by striking absorbed. CONSTITUTION:An indicated mold 10 is composed of a body 12 of reinforced concrete, an insulating plate 14 made of nonwoven fabric, etc. solidly adhered to the surface of the body 12, and plural connection materials 16 buried in the body 12 penetrating the plate 14. Then, the mold 10 is built in a reinforcement material 22 such as reinforcing steel buried in the mass concrete to be constructed through the junction of the material 16, and a cylindrical cushioning material 23 is formed on a periphery of the plate 16. When the concrete 24 is formed by striking in the region enclosed by the mold 10, volume change of the concrete 24 is absorbed by the plate 14, as well as the behaviour of the concrete 24 is pursued by the mold 10 through the material 16. In this way, the generation of a crack in a mold can be prevented. |
