PURPOSE:To improve noise resistivity and to make a motor compact in size by using modularized voltage drive type transistors to semiconductor bridge circuits, by adopting a low-energy driver circuit for driving them and by connecting them to optical cables to enclose into the same device. CONSTITUTION:Voltage drive type transistors are adopted as semiconductor elements to control large capacity of current for an induction motor and built into modules 3 and 4 together with diodes in parallel connection. A control command from a numerically controlled device NC1 is inputted into an optical interface driver 7 in a control circuit 2 by optical cables. It is further transmitted to semiconductor modules 3 and 4 for regenerative control and for an inverter respectively with a built-in optical interface driver from the optical interface driver 7 on the output side of a control circuit 2 by optical cables 2. The control of specified power driving and of power regeneration is thus performed to an induction motor M. |
